Dear Cydec Users,
Some users may have experienced difficulty logging into to the Cydec system today.
Our server admin noticed some ‘unusual traffic patterns’ affecting the server. As a precaution, he took the server offline until a solution could be reached, and is in effect now.
This being said, please note that we will be enacting security upgrades and patches to our server operating system (OS) over the next 1-2 weeks as well as upgrading to the latest version of PHP.
Technology isn’t perfect, and while we’ll do our best to minimize any downtime, especially during normal ‘business hours’…
Please be patient and if you experience any issues, try again in 1-2 hours.
