End-user support is provided from inside your account. Please log into your account and click the “support” on the top left of your interface. If you cannot log into your account please contact your service provider directly from their website.
License Support
All Cydec Licenses come with 30-days free unlimited phone support. Additional fee-based phone support options are available for the duration of your license. Please feel free to contact us toll-free at: 888.MY.CYDEC (206.219.6428 outside the US). Our regular business hours are M – F, 9 AM – 5 PM Pacific Time.
You can get 24 hour email support from inside your Admin Center. Simply log in and click the “support” link on the top left of your interface. If you need help supporting your users, we also offer a completely hands-free solution through are strategic business partners. If you’d like to out-source the hosting and support of your system please contact us about setting this option up for you. Professional Services
Cydec can also provide you with fee-based remote or on-site Professional Services ranging from remote server administration, consulting and infrastructure planning to on-site network configuration, training and installation.
