Cydec's Management Team

Cydec Software consists of a highly motivated and innovative team of professionals with extensive expertise in: e-Commerce software development and system design. From our extensive first-hand e-Business experience we understand the core issues that every internet business faces. Our software reflects this understanding and provides solutions to these challenges.

CEO – Dustin Struckman having been self-employed since the age of 19 has run several successful Online and Off-line businesses. His earliest internet-based ventures date back to late 1994. As a pioneer in e-Commerce systems development he began searching for fully-automated e-Business platforms over 4 years ago. Cydec’s Advanced e-Business Automation System is the culmination of nearly 10 years of direct e-Commerce experience and over 4 years of research and development, and is the result of his vision of what e-Commerce should be.

CTO – Benson Miller is a veteran of the professional services industry, and has provided technology direction and systems architecture services to scores of high-profile clients, including T-Mobile USA, AT&T Wireless, Nokia, The State of Washington, and The Frank Russell Company. While contracted to AT&T Wireless, he architected the eCommerce platform for the AWS Direct Channels group, which has handled millions of orders and continues to function today. Prior to his work in professional services, Benson served as Manager of Systems Engineering at Driveway Corporation, where he drove the architecture and deployment of Driveway's eCommerce infrastructure, which serviced over 6 million registered users around the globe..

Core Development Team

Lead Dev - Derrick VanDyke, also an internet entrepreneur, taught himself to program because he couldn’t find a shopping cart up to his exacting standards. Cydec’s advanced e-Business automation suite is the great-grandchild of Derrick’s early innovations in electronic shopping cart technology.

Software Architect - Huy Nguyen is a senior software developer with extensive exposure to the full software development lifecycle. With a decade of experience in providing solutions that satisfy technology requirements for robust functionality, performance, scalability and maintainability, Huy has had experience working for the telecommunications, banking, eCommerce, and wireless industries. Huy will be responsible for the technical direction and implementation of solutions developed by Cydec.

Performance Testing - Jamie Zyskowski has spent the last 4 years working for WebLogic as the manager for performance testing. He is responsible for load testing and performance assurance under high capacity usage.
