The new custom upsell pages mark a new era in back-end sales!

Here’s what you can do with them:

Full Design Control – HTML & CSS

Multiple Products – sell as many products as you want on a single upsell page

Multiple Product Types – sell one-time, recurring, trial, physical, optional and / or bundled products on a single upsell page!

1-Click Processing – process all the products in the upsell package with a single click

Multiple Payment Processors – use different processors for each upsell page

Unlimited Combinations – each upsell page allows you to choose the action for a “Yes” and a “No” response

For each Custom Upsell Page, you design it to look and feel any way you want – embed audio, video, graphics and a sales letter. Bundle any number and kinds of products together as a forced bundle or optional bundle. Then send your customers to another upsell if they say “Yes,” and downsell if they say “No,” or straight to the customer center either way.

Because each Custom Upsell Page allows you to send your customer to another upsell or downsell, you can chain as many offers together as you want – your back-end is literally unlimited! Finally, the only limitations on your marketing efforts are your own creativity.

The new Custom Order Forms feature allows you to do some pretty cool stuff!

Product Bundles

Now you can include any number of different products on a single order form. They can be a combination of physical and digital. They can be required or optional. They can free or any price you want. They can even be recurring with or without a trial. You can even include multiple recurring products on the same order form!

The possibilities are endless with this level of flexibility:

Do “free plus shipping” offers

Bundle a multi-pay option with a recurring membership

Include optional upgrades with your products

Order form upsells

Optional Continuity

You asked for it, you got it! This is one of the biggest buzz words online today, and now you can do it without spending a small fortune on custom programming. With the Custom Order Forms feature, you can add optional (or forced) continuity to any product you’re currently selling (or any you come up with in the future). This feature alone will produce a return on investment many times over on your monthly service fee with us.

Let us know if you come up with more creative ways to use this exciting new feature!

Design Control

Now you have access to the full HTML source code of your order forms. You can change the look and feel by editing the layout, design and CSS, so you can blend your order forms into your site to give your customers a warm fuzzy feeling as they go through the ordering process.

Today we are very excited to announce what may be the biggest money-making feature we’ve released since the 1-Click Upsell System. It’s called “Groups” and we know you it will put money in your pocket, so prepare to be excited…

What is “Groups”?

Groups is a brand new feature like nothing you’ve seen before. It allows you to create the most targeted mailing lists imaginable by giving you extremely granular filtering of your database. It works across your subscriber lists and your customers lists to allow you to do things that no other email platform on the planet can do.

For example, you can create a Group of everyone who’s subscribed to your newsletter, but hasn’t bought any of your products yet. Stand-alone email systems simply can’t give you this kind of targeting because they don’t know anything about your customers’ order history. They only know about your subscribers and your emails.

Let’s see how it works and then we’ll take a look at some of the possibilities.

How does “Groups” work?

This powerful feature lets you select from a number of different criteria to create incredibly targeted “Groups”. Here are the filtering options:

On (any / all) of selected lists

Not on (any / all) of selected lists

Purchase (any / all) of selected products

Has not purchased (any / all) of selected products

Purchased during date range

In addition to the 5 individual criteria above, you can make any combination of them, and you can select whether all or just one of the criterial needs to be met. This gives you nearly limitless possibilities and combinations.

For example, you could create a Group of everyone who’s on ANY of 3 selected list AND not on a 4th selected list. Or you could create a Group of everyone who’s on ALL of 3 selected lists OR purchased ANY of 3 selected products AND did not purchase a 4th selected product. The combinations are completely up to you and really are almost limitless.

How to use “Groups”

Here are just a few ideas of how you can use groups to earn more money:

Create a Group of everyone who’s on several of your lists and create a tailored package for them. Then send them a “Thank You” email explaining that only your valued subscribers who are on at least 3 of your email lists are receiving the offer as a thanks for their loyalty.

Create a Group of everyone who’s bought several of your low-end products, but had not purchased any of your high-end products. Then send them a special offer that thanks them for their purchases. Tell them you know they love your products, but noticed they haven’t picked up any of your high-end stuff, so you can only assume it’s the cost that’s holding them back. Then make a special offer to get one or more of your high-end products at a nice discount.

Create a Group of everyone who’s purchased any product in the last 30 days and offer a customer “loyalty offer” stating that as a “Thank You” for their purchase you want to give them something for free or at a discount.

Create a Group of everyone who’s purchase a particular product in the last 7 days and offer them a one-time upgrade at a steep discount as an “unannounced bonus.”

Be creative!

As you can see, Groups is a serious marketing tool that gives you nearly infinite potential to increase your income on your existing customers and subscribers! You can find it in the COMMUNICATION Menu, inside your account starting today. Enjoy!

Our new Past Due Subscription feature allows you to manually mass-rebill past due subscriptions in your account.

You can search for past due subscriptions from a specific date range for one or all of your products, and then click one button to automatically try rebilling all of them at once. Once the system has finished retrying, you’ll get a report of how many were successful and how many failed.

You can even click a link to view all the failed transactions and use our new Recurring Transaction Management feature to correct specific problems and try them again.

All of this adds up to more money for you:

The new rebilling feature works great. I ran it from 4-1-09 thru 4-30-09 AND 5-1-09 thru 5-28-09 and it brought in almost $15k!

This lets you look up all your Failed transactions and see why they failed. For example, if you want to find all the subscriptions payments that failed due to expired credit cards, you can easily do this. Then you can update the info with the new expiration date. You can even manually re-try the transaction right there on the same screen.

As always, we strive to make you more money and this feature alone will easily generate hundreds (if not thousands) of extra dollars each month for you!

We’re extremely excited to announce the opportunity to get your own Dedicated or Semi-dedicated email server. We’ve integrated with a powerful email relay service called RelayCloud. This service gets your the best delivery rates available anywhere – our testes have proven that it’s better than any other service offering out there, which is why we integrated with it.

The integration makes using your own dedicated or semi-dedicate email server completely transparent from inside your account:

Sign up for your RelayCloud account

Go to COMMUNICATION :: Settings

Select “RelayCloud” from the drop-down and enter your RelayCloud IP

That’s it! Continue using the system as normal

All of your emails will now be relayed through your dedicated or semi-dedicated email server. This is huge advantage because it gets your email off the multi-user system. So no matter how much email is in the system queue, your email goes out immediately through your RelayCloud account. Your email delivery is also no longer subject to the practices of other users and their affiliates.

Our system email is as good as any multi-user system out there, but all multi-user systems are subject to the limitations mentioned above. So we’ve added this feature for you to give you the option of getting unmatched speed and deliverability if that’s important to you.
