Our new Past Due Subscription feature allows you to manually mass-rebill past due subscriptions in your account.
You can search for past due subscriptions from a specific date range for one or all of your products, and then click one button to automatically try rebilling all of them at once. Once the system has finished retrying, you’ll get a report of how many were successful and how many failed.
You can even click a link to view all the failed transactions and use our new Recurring Transaction Management feature to correct specific problems and try them again.
All of this adds up to more money for you:
The new rebilling feature works great. I ran it from 4-1-09 thru 4-30-09 AND 5-1-09 thru 5-28-09 and it brought in almost $15k!
