Advanced Affiliate Tracking

Cookies are a reliable and proven method of tracking affiliate referrals, and they work great. But what if an affiliate refers someone to you who:

  1. Signs up for your newsletter at the office
  2. Then goes home and reads your newsletter on a different computer
  3. Makes a purchase on the home computer

There’d be no way to track the sale to your affiliate to give them credit . . . until now! With subscriber tracking, when anyone on your lists makes a purchase from you the system matches their email address to the affiliate who referred them to you in the first place. So if there’s no cookie – no problem. Your affiliate still gets credit.

    We are excited to roll out advanced functionality that allows you to offer special discounts to your existing customers. Add a discount function to the Order Form, and if a customer qualifies for the discount their email will unlock the discount which is instantly subtracted from their order’s total.

    Do you have a customer who is always purchasing products just to process a charge back later? Now, you can add that customers name and email address to Blocked Users, and if that person tries to make a purchase they’ll see an error message telling them to contact support.
